NCLT orders CIRP against Pancard Clubs Limited – RP invites claims from creditors

Hon. National Company Law Tribunal has allowed the Company Petition filed by Financial Creditors Mr. Nitin Satghare and 99 others against Pancard Clubs Limited vide its order passed on September 8, 2022.
