“RESOLVED THAT, Company shall initiate legal proceedings against ______________________ for the recovery of the outstanding amounts due, breach of contract, and any other damages as may be assessed by legal counsel;
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT, the Company authorizes the engagement of legal services for filing and pursuing the necessary legal actions in relevant courts or tribunals against the aforementioned parties;
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT, any one Directors or KMP of Company or Mr. _________ is hereby authorized to take all necessary actions, sign any documents, and engage any additional services as may be required to effectively pursue these legal proceedings, within the budget approved for this purpose.
